I... think/hope/BELIEVE everything's in the right order; it involved some pretty hardcore youtube diving to get this all. XD
Vexen takes Riku's data [Riku's side] - ...mostly by getting his ass handed to him.
Riku meets his Replica [Riku's Side] - the Replica is made and goes to confront the Real Thing. They fight, and then after the Replica gets away, he talks with Vexen 'bout how that turned out.
Brainrape! [Riku's side] - Sorry about the length of this one; I couldn't find the scene by itself. The scene takes place from 1:25 to 4:40. The Replica shows up to say he's awesome and finds himself bent over and raped in the ear. In other words, has his heart changed to believe he's Riku, but with Namine in Kairi's usual place.
1st Encounter with Sora [Sora's side] - After the brainrape, the Replica thinks he IS Riku, and he's got a bone to pick with Sora.
2nd Encounter with Sora [Sora's Side] - "You're always trying to worm your way into my heart!" "Whoa, whoa, I don't remember doing that!" "You don't care about my feelings!" "I won't let you push me away." ...k.
3rd Encounter with Sora [Sora's Side] - Wait guys why do we have th esame memories again? Uh. CAN'T HANDLE DISCORD, FIGHT TIME.
End of 3rd encounter [Sora's Side] - follows immediately on the above. SHIT LOST FIGHT RUN AWAY RUN AWAY cannot COPE.
Where'd Riku Go? [Sora's Side] - o snap the Replica's absence's gotten Vexen in trouble!
Vexen's talk with Sora [Sora's side] - no Replica in this one, but Vexen hints at the truth.
4th Encounter with Sora [Sora's Side] - in which Namine breaks the Replica's heart and death happens ow!
Before the fight with Marluxia [Sora's Side] - in which the Replica shows you can't keep a good Replica down.
"Protect Namine." "Me?" [Sora's Side] - after the first fight with Marluxia, in which Sora is going off to fight this battle alone and leaves Namine in the Replica's care.
First half of Sora's Ending [Sora's Side] - in which the Replica takes his leave to parts unknown, aka trying to get powerful and eat people.
*Munch*[Riku's Side] - I hear Zexion's tasty. Again, apologies for length; couldn't find the scene by itself. Scene takes place between 2:25 and 3:58.
Final scenes with the Replica [Riku's side] - For once and for all, the Replica decides to prove he's real by getting rid of the person he'd always be compared to. It doesn't work so well. Again, apologies for the length; couldn't find the scene by itself. The scene itself takes place from 5:35 to the end of the clip.
