Umeda's is much simpler! He's pretty sure Gokudera is a punk -- a gay punk -- who's probably a good kid at heart but needs to know when to get himself checked up.

Umeda understands people not liking doctors -- he also doesn't think that's any excuse to not suffer it now and then. He enjoys Gokudera's spirit, and the fact that Gokudera's so easy to piss off. So, he'll probably swing round and do that "butting into your conversations" thing now and then.
